Foam Ceramic Filter is a new type filtrating material for molten metal to decrease casting flaw. Foam ceramics have the characters of light weight, high strength, large specific surface areas, high porosity, excellent thermal shock resistance performance and chemical corrosion resistance. With the distributing pores net structure, they are able to increase the surface areas, absorb the sinter and keep the metal liquid flowing stably, so the casting metal have high quality withre, little impurities, sand pore and air pore.
